  • Completed but unpublished research work.  
  • Abstract length: 200–250 words. 
  • Language: English
  • The conference will accept abstracts only.

  • Abstract submission deadline: 15 November 2025
  • Notification of acceptance: 21 December 2025
  • Registration period: 22 December 2025 – 25 January 2026
  • Conference dates: 24–26 March 2026

Registration Benefits 

The fee will cover the following: 

  • 4-night hotel stay (23–26 March 2026)
  • Conference gala dinner, lunch, and refreshments.
  • Transportation (airport pick up/drop and venue transfers) 
  • Conference tour. 
  • Conference materials (Proceedings, stationery, souvenirs). 
  • Official passport/Visa processing fees. 
  • Sustainable Development Fees (SDF) waived waiver.  

All travel formalities and accommodation will be arranged by the organisers.
