All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretary.
Cancellations made before 30 days of the conference start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date are non-refundable. All approved refunds will be processed during the second week following the conclusion of the conference.
Substitutions (sending another participant in place of the registered one) may be allowed upon written request, subject to approval by the organising committee.
